We can be reached by mail at PO Box 16123, Fernandina Beach, FL 32035 or by email at info@chnassau.org.  Our Coalition membership meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month at 4:00 pm in room 201 at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 801 Atlantic Ave, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.  Membership meetings are open to the public.
